Pickling Demo in the French Market

Hey kids, there is ALOT going on this Labor Day Weekend in NOLA. Not only is it time to celebrate Southern Decadence but yours truly will be sweating out my Friday night Saturday afternoon in the lovely French Market.

Casey Burka will be prepping, chopping, packing and pickling while I ramble endlessly and hopefully insightfully into a microphone. I must admit, the idea of my voice amplified terrifies me, BUT I'm in New Orleans afterall-I can have a drink (a McClure's Bloody Mary of course) and loosen up and I can rest assured that everyone else will be in good spirits along with me.
